“Entire exterior of house (cedar siding) and three decks (cedar and pressure treated wood) were stripped to bare wood with an approved chemical stripper, then all surfaces treated with an approved brightener, and finally all surfaces were stained with a semi-transparent wood stain. Holes in wood surfaces were filled with wood filler and stained to match.
This was a huge job that spanned several weeks. due to the scope of the job and impacts of weather. Homm worked with me to assess the effectiveness of the process I wanted and that they could deliver with test areas on the house. Once the process was mutually approved, the process began. The team was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I was given status reports on a regular basis. Progress was at a good pace, considering the weather. The final step of staining was initiated with a test patch on the house for proper color match. Once approved, the staining stage went forward on a timely manner. Final steps of trim painting, touch up and clean up was all complete and in the expected timeframe. The final cost was below the estimate and within our expectations. A job well done.”
