Project of the Month – September

This month we are featuring a recent painting project we completed in Chevy Chase, MD. We provided carpentry services as well as professional painting of all exterior surfaces. The home was in need of paint refreshment in areas such as brick siding, soffits, windows, shutters, all other trim and the porch floor.

For this project we decided to use the trusted paint brand Benjamin Moore, AURA exterior. It is available in thousands of colors and it offers color-lock technology for longer lasting color.

For the rear of the home we applied two tones of paint – white and off-white in order to eliminate the stark contrast visible in the before photo. The new look features a very subtle color difference and it makes the home look refreshed and clean.

The brick side of the home was painted in white as well which created a more crisp and up-to-date feel.

The front of the house was in need of not only an uplift; we performed carpentry works as well.  By using the same white and off-white color combination we were able to help this home look pristine with a vibrant porch color and contrasting dark shutters and windows throughout the front side.
